She made us feel comfortable (even in 98° NC heat at 37 weeks pregnant!), delivered gorgeous photos in record time, and added thoughtful personal touches that meant so much to us. At almost 36 weeks pregnant, we reached out to see if we could schedule a session—and Victoria responded promptly with a thoughtful questionnaire to learn more about us and the vibe we were going for. She managed to fit in a client closet appointment (with so many gorgeous dress options!) and schedule our maternity shoot within a week, despite our tight timeframe. On the day of the shoot, Victoria’s professionalism was unmatched. It was a sweltering 98° July evening in NC, and at 37 weeks pregnant, I was definitely feeling the heat—but Victoria made me feel beautiful and at ease the entire time. My husband and I can be a bit camera-shy, but she gave just the right amount of direction while letting us be natural. She came fully prepared with a portable changing station, bug spray, and even paper towels for the heat—thoughtful details that made a huge difference. Incredibly, she delivered our gallery in just one week—the fastest turnaround we’ve ever had—and the images were stunning. You’d never guess how hot it was. We’ve spent many summers at Jordan Lake, but her artistic vision made it feel magical. We also bundled a newborn session with her, and the experience was equally amazing. Scheduling was simple, and she provided great tips to prepare for the session. Victoria brought a wide selection of newborn outfits, accessories, and props that perfectly matched our style. She was endlessly patient with our baby, soothing her when needed, and captured beautiful, intimate moments in the comfort of our home. One of the most special touches was incorporating memorabilia of our beloved dachshund who had recently passed—it meant so much to us. The turnaround was again impressively fast, and the photos were everything we hoped for and more. We could not recommend Victoria enough! We couldn’t have had a better maternity shoot experience. Victoria was so awesome, she was fun, she provided back up outfits, and she was able to provide lots of direction with the posing and the location. I was pretty clueless as to what I wanted, so I told her something naturey with flowers and I want to feel natural. She found locations that would work. The location she choose was breathtaking (secluded) even before the pictures were taken. She was nice, personable, and made two awkward people feel comfortable/close/connected and that was reflected in our pictures. She captured out skin tones appropriately which highlighted our warmth. I found her from a random Pinterest post. Since the first conversation, she communicated efficiently and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. She truly made us feel beautiful. I took the time to write this review so others would know she is a great photographer and you would be getting a great experience. Also, we drove from Baltimore for the photo shoot. She accommodated us on a holiday weekend, and the turn around for proofs was about a week.

HIGHLY recommend!! From the beginning, Victoria was prompt in communication and very clear and thorough with what to expect. She showed she was super comfortable/confident/experienced in her craft, giving suggestions before I even knew what to ask! My husband and I felt a little awkward in front of the camera at first, but Victoria immediately made us feel comfortable by giving us examples of how to move and how to pose and giving active feedback.
