Sara P. Duke Garden

Duke Garden is home to 55 acres of specialized gardens in the heart of Duke University. Admission is free, and we are open from 8 a.m. to dusk 365 days a year. There are four gardens within Sara P. Duke Garden, including an array of plants and trees.
They have unique species of plants, trees, and flowers, including Iris, a rock garden, a rose garden, carnivorous plants, an endangered species garden, a Chinese garden, peonies, and a peace garden. They also have amphitheaters, fun streams, and bridges throughout the park. You will always find something new around each corner. For the hot summer days, they have several cafes and shops to cool off and find a plant of your own to take home or grab a bite. Sara P. Duke Garden offers a day of fun and exploration for all ages.
Frankie’s Fun Park
